Attorney Timothy Byron of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Timothy J. Bryon with a law license in 2003.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to follow accounting rules
• Negligence led to $47,500 being deposited into general account
• Allowed improperly deposited funds to remain in general account for more than a year

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Timmy practices with Byron & Company at 10011 Fraser Avenue in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
