Attorney Ludmila Byron of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Ludmila Byron with a law license in 2001.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Ludmila guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to follow trust accounting rules
• Failed to prepare monthly trust reconciliations on timely basis
• Failed to report failure to prepare monthly trust reconciliations to Law Society
• Improperly transferred funds from firm’s trust account to general account

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ludmila by gifting her with a complimentary 7-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Ludmila practices with Byron & Company at 10011 Fraser Avenue in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
