Attorney David Griem of Detroit; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented David Griem with a law license in 1973.

The Attorney Disciplinary Board found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly filing investigative subpoenas relating to murder probe
  • Issued subpoenas for employment and telephone records of Jane Bashara despite the fact that she had not been charged with a crime
  • Admitted guilt as to civil contempt of court
  • Sanctioned $8,000 for finding of contempt

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Dave by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Dave practices at 500 Griswold Street in Detroit, Michigan.
