Attorney Kenneth Schwartz of Wellington, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of South Carolina presented Kenneth Brian Schwartz with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain copies of trust account bank statements
• Bungled a personal injury case
• Settled portion of injury case with co-counsel but only after the statute of limitations had run out on the client
• Negligence led to his firing by law firm

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
