Attorney Anthony Pearson of Kingston, Jamaica; cheating loser

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Anthony Pearson with a law license in 1981

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to carry out contract of employment
  • Failed to account to client for funds belonging to client
  • Charged client for work that wasn’t done

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary order to restitution in the amount of $17,000 U.S.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Tony practices with Pearson & Co. at 33 Duke Street in Kingston, Jamaica.
