Attorney Dale Johnson of Springfield, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Dale C. Johnson with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
• Violated duties owed to the public
• Failed to take remedial action prevent client’s fraudulent conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
