Attorney Clyde Witt of Brecksville, OH; cheating loser

The state of Ohio presented Clyde David Witt with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Cleveland Bar Association found Clyde guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
  • Failed to carry out contract of employment
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Clyde!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Clyde by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Clyde practices at 9962 Gatewood Drive in Brecksville, Ohio.
