Attorney Daniel Randolph of Cincinnati; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Daniel Parker Randolph with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School. 

The Cincinnati Bar Association found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Collected a clearly illegal or excessive fee (crook)
• Failed to pay funds to client that client was lawfully entitled too
• Did not offer to refund unearned fee until ethics complaint filed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Danny practices with Ritter & Randolph LLC at 1 East Fourth Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
