Attorney John Petshow of Clackamas, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon presented John M. Petshow with a law license in 1988.

The Oregon State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to reasonably inform client about status of legal matter
  • Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
  • Engaged in conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Johnny practices at 10121 SE Sunnyside Road in Clackamas, Oregon.
