Attorney Nathaniel Burke of Stuart, FL; convicted druggie

The state of Florida provided Nathaniel Burke with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear in court for several criminal defendants because he was high
• Pled guilty to felony possession of cocaine
• Pled guilty to discharging a firearm in public
• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Nate practices at 2440 SE Federal Highway Q in Stuart, Florida.
