Attorney Jose Pagan II of Miami; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Jose Antonio Pagan II with a law license in 2007 after   he graduated New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jose guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jose found it acceptable to violate the rules on attorney advertising by using misleading advertisements on his firm’s website. He also listed cities where he did not have bona fide, fully staffed offices that he knew violated to bar rules.

And lastly, Jose failed to respond to inquiries from bar investigators. In truth, Jose said, “Up yours!”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
