Attorney Mary Mann of Seattle; ethical leprechaun

The state of Washington presented Mary Ruth Mann with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to take reasonable steps to expedite litigation
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation owed to a tribunal
• Willfully disobeyed a court order

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
