Attorney Randal Brown of Covington, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Randal B. Brown with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Randal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of matter
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Randal by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
