Attorney Shane Kenison of Moses Lake, WA; lying moron

The state of Washington presented Shane L. Kenison with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Puget Sound University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Shane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Shane by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Shane practices with the Law Offices of Ries & Kenison at 404 South Division Street in Moses Lake, Washington.
