Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner

In November 2012, Paulie duped the voters in the Flagstaff area into electing him as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

In a recent (09/17/15) op-ed piece on the comedy website “Townhall.com,” Paulie went after Pope Francis in regards to his upcoming address before Congress. Paulie the Loser said he intended on “boycotting” the Pope’s address because of reports that the Pope plants to focus on the “fool’s errand of climate change.” (Jennifer Bendery, The Huffington Post)

Screwy Paulie went on to say:

• “If the Pope plans to spend the majority of his time advocating for flawed climate change policies, then I will not attend." Gosar wrote.
• "When the Pope chooses to act and talk like a leftist politician then he can expect to be treated like one.”

Of course it goes without saying that Paulie has chosen to act and talk like a Certified A-hole while he cheerfully supports and genuflects in honor of the polluters of our air and water.

Paulie continued with his laughable rants by saying:

• “If the Pope wants to devote his life to fighting climate change then he can do so in his personal time."
• "But to promote questionable science as Catholic dogma is ridiculous.”

So now we have Paulie who claims to be a Catholic preaching to the Pope on how he should conduct himself. Additionally, Paulie would have us believe that he is knowledgeable about the causes of climate change.

The problem with Paulie’s proselytizing in favor of the polluters is the fact that he doesn’t know his ass from a hole-in-the-ground when it comes to the cause of global warming. This is proven by the fact that he’s been a practicing dentist for nearly thirty years. Obviously, Paulie has experience dealing with cavities; however, it appears that the biggest one is between his left and right ear. 

And lastly, does anyone believe that Pope Francis is even aware that Screwy Paulie won’t be present when he addresses Congress? More importantly, even if he is aware of it, he surely doesn’t give a damn. Put simply, nobody gives a damn if Paulie doesn’t appear!

Congrats Paulie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Screwballs”; you are far too humble.
