Attorney Brian Wells of Hanover, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Brian Adrian Wells with a law license in 2001.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy found it acceptable to engage in a conflict of interest by his representation of a client whose interests were directly adverse to a client he already represented, without first obtaining his first client’s consent in writing, after consultation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Brian practices at 7610 Foxtrail Court in Hanover, Maryland.
