Attorney James Hobbs of Nashua, NH; serial offender

The state of New Hampshire presented James B. Hobbs with a law license in 1986.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Made frivolous (BS) claims against the state
  • Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands and one (1) complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices with Krolikowski Hobbs & Dionne at 10 East Pearl Street in Nashua, New Hampshire.
