Attorney Cheryl Henderson of College Park, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Cheryl Henderson with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted in activity constituting the unauthorized practice of law
• Authored false letterhead indicating associates licensed to practice law

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Cheryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Cheryl practices at 4920 Niagara Road in College Park, Maryland.
