Attorney Stephen Marsalek of Taneytown, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Stephen Frank Marsalek with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Stevie practices at 107 Butterfly Drive in Taneytown, Maryland.
