Attorney N. Frank Lanocha of Glen Arm, MD; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented N. Frank Lanocha with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Frankie engaged in a egregious conflict of interest when he drafted a will that left a substantial bequest to Frankie’s daughter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Frankie practices at 4205 Manorwood Drive in Glen Arm, Maryland.
