Attorney Mark Kell of Towson, MD; Moron

The state of Maryland presented Mark Edward Kell with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike failed to provide competent (moron) representation of a client in regards to an estate matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Mike practices at 6227 Clearwood Road in Bethesda, Maryland.
