Attorney Thai Nguyen of Bowie, MD; repeat offender

The state of Maryland presented Thai H. Nguyen with a law license in 1998.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Thai guilty of the following misconduct.

Thai’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide discovery pursuant to court rules
• Failed to request extension to provide discovery
• Failed to respond to motion to compel and for sanctions
• Failed to appear at court ordered settlement conference
• Commingled client funds with person funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Thai by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Thai’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client’s ligitation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Thai by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
