Attorney Byron Warnken of Pikesville, MD; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Byron L. Warnken with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Byron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return transcript to client after being fired
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bryon!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Dwight punished Byron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Byron practices at with Warnken LLC at 2 Reservoir Circle in Pikesville, Maryland.
