Attorney Fred Braverman of Cherry Hill, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Fred R. Braverman with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from New York Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to expedite ligitation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Freddy!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misled client as to status of legal proceeding

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Freddy practices at 106 Society Hill Blvd in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
