Attorney Christopher Short of Glendale, AZ; repeat offender

The state of Arizona provided Christopher S. Short with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Arizona Summit Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Chris was ruled to have engaged in unethical conduct. The committee issued an “Order of Admonition, Probation, LOMAP, Fee Arbitration, Practice Monitor and Costs.”

Subsequently, the State Bar filed a notice that Chris had not complied with the terms of probation for failing, among other things, to find a practice monitor. After a hearing, the presiding disciplinary judge found that Chris had not complied with the terms of the original probation and entered an order of reprimand and two years’ probation.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Chris’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Chris practices at 6751 North Sunset Blvd in Glendale, Arizona.

Caution: Chris does not carry legal malpractice insurance
