Attorney Mark Shapiro of Orlando; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Mark Fredric Shapiro with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Mark of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain documentary support of disbursements/transfers from trust account
• Failed to maintain separate cash receipts
• Failed to follow minimum trust account procedures
• Failed to maintain separate disbursement journals

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Mark practices with the Shapiro Injury Group PA at 3000 Edgewater Drive in Orlando, Florida.
