Attorney John Ross of Titusville, FL; repeat offender

The state of Florida provided John Chandler Ross with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to allow client to make
• Informed decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year term of probation.

Johnny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Failed to abide by terms of prior term of probation
• Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives of representation
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Johnny practices at 1025 Indian River Avenue in Titusville, Florida.
