Attorney Diana Simpson of Ocala, FL; Dumbo

The state of Florida provided Diana Kilpatrick Simpson with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Diana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Diana by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Diana practices at 307 NW 3^rd Street in Ocala, Florida.
