Attorney Ramon Sarmiento of Miami; convicted druggie

The state of Florida provided Ramon Sarmiento with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from St. Thomas University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Ramon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ramon was arrested fro possession of a controlled substance.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Ramon practices with Baron, Breslin & Sarmiento at 501 NE First Avenue in Miami, Florida.
