Attorney Dean Mosley of Orlando; repeat offender

The state of Florida provided Dean Frederick Mosley with a law license in 1985.

The Florida State Bar found Dean guilty of the following misconduct.

Dean’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Negligent in dealing with client property
• Violated duty owed to legal profession
• Caused injury or potential injury to client
