Attorney Ralph Francois of Hollywood, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Ralph Stanley Francois with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improperly paid personal expenses from trust account
• Wrote numerous checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

Because Attorney Misfits in Florida are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Ralph was never criminally charged with passing bad checks.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Sept 2015), Ralph practices with Francois & Associates at 6453 Pembroke Road in Hollywood, Florida.
