Attorney Michael Tobin of Miami; serial offender

The state of Florida provided Michael M. Tobin with a law license in 1953 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file mandatory guardianship report with court
• Found guilty of contempt of court on at least 3 occasions
• Subsequently fined for failure to comply with court orders

As one would suspect this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Mike by gifting him with a his fifth complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Sept 2015), Mike practices with the Law Offices of Michael A. Tobin at 9990 SW 77^th Avenue in Miami, Florida.
