Attorney Shekhar Vyas of San Diego; drunken convict

The state of California provided Shekhar Vyas with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from St. Johns University Law School.

The California State Bar found Shekhar guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Shekhar was found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI) with two or more prior convictions. He was also found guilty of driving without a valid license.

A police officer stopped him after spotting Shekhar driving across two lanes of traffic without signaling. He failed field sobriety tests and was given two Breathalyzer tests, which revealed blood alcohol levels of .13 and .14 percent.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Shekhar by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Shekhar practices at 4876 Santa Monica Blvd in San Diego, California.
