Attorney Eric Dixon of Portales, NM; convicted bully

The state of New Mexico presented Eric D. Dixon with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

Eric’s misconduct involved a run in he had with former District Court Judge Teddy Hartley.

  • Engaged in threatening conduct directed at Judge Teddy Hartley
  • Raced car towards Hartley when he was crossing street
  • Charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
  • Pled guilty to misdemeanor charges of careless driving and petty assault

At the time of his criminal conduct, Eric was a member of the New Mexico Disciplinary Board, which only further proves the idiocy of allowing attorneys to judge the conduct of fellow attorneys.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Eric to practices at 301 South Avenue A in Portales, New Mexico.
