Attorney Keith Jones of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Keith D. Jones with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Keith found it acceptable in failing to ensure that his law partner complied with his professional obligations as an attorney.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Keith.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Keith practices at 4870 Bluebonnet Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
