Attorney William Heitmann III of Poler, GA; ethical misfit

The state of Georgia presented William Frederick Heitmann III with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Negligence led to non-attorney engaging in illegal practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Billy practices with Heitmann & Associates LLC in Pooler, Georgia.
