Attorney Mark Weidmann of Los Angeles; moronic liar

The state of California provided Mark G. Weidmann with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act competently (moron) by making false statements to judge
  • Failed to promptly pay back $2,500 he had deposited at sheriff’s office on client’s behalf
  • Accused opposing counsel of misconduct and threatened to report him to State Bar
  • Failed to promptly return client file to client after being fired
  • Failed to respond to attorney request to forward $2,500 to him as a court-ordered award of fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (August 2015), Mark practices with Weidmann & Farrar PC at 1875 Century Park East in Los Angeles, California.
