Attorney Clifford Weber of Glendale, CA; convicted felon

The state of California provided Clifford R. Weber with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the San Fernando Valley College of Law. San Fernando Law College is a 4th tier school that takes in loser that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like UCLA, UC Davis, Stanford or Pepperdine.

The California State Bar Court found Cliff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cliff was convicted in federal court in 1994 of two felonies: mail fraud and aiding and assisting the filing of a false tax return. He had accepted kickbacks totaling $5,800 from a chiropractor in 1993 and 1994 for the referral of client accident victims and then concealed that income from the clients and the insurers.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (August 2015), Cliff practices with the Law Offices of Weber & Weber at 221 East Glenoaks Blvd in Glendale, California.
