Attorney Frank Beane of Canton, OH; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Frank Llewellyn Beane with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Repeatedly derelict in filing annual registration
  • Failed on numerous occasions to comply with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements
  • Failed to respond to correspondence from ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Frankie practices at 306 North Market in Canton, Ohio.
