Attorney Ariana Tarighati of Jefferson, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Ariana E. Tarighati with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Cleveland State University Law School. 

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Ariana guilty of the following misconduct.

While employed as Assistant County Prosecutor, Arianna found it acceptable to use a defendant’s mother as a intermediary in plea negotiations without obtaining the consent of the attorney appointed to represent the defendant.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Arianna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Arianna practices with The Law Office of Arianna E. Tarighati LPA at 34 South Chestnut Street in Jefferson, Ohio.
