Attorney Duane Cox of Cleveland; cheating loser

The state of Ohio presented Duane E. Cox with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Duane guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Duane found it acceptable to hose his client by charging a clearly excessive fee for merely filing a shock probation motion.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Duane by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Duane practices at 820 West Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
