Attorney Thomas Blumenthal of Ridgefield Park, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas Alan Blumenthal with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Obstructed another party’s access to evidence
• Failed to timely file notice with malpractice insurer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Tommy practices at 143 Main Street in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.
