Attorney Katrina Wright of Willingboro, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Katrina F. Wright with a law license in 1988.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Katrina guilty of the following misconduct.

Katrina’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Lied to client that she had filed answer to complaint
• Falsely implied in letter to client that settlement was being negotiated
• Grossly neglected client’s case
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Katrina!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Katrina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Katrina!)
• Failed to turn file over to client after being fired
• Failed to expedite client’s ligitation
• Failed to comply with court order
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to refund unearned fee
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Katrina by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Katrina practices in Willingboro, New Jersey.
