Donald Trump Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner
This isn’t the first Award presented to The Donald. In the past, he has been the recipient of fifteen (15) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of three (3) opinion pieces. During a recent (late July 2015) appearance on The Palin Update Comedy show, The Donald had the chutzpah to hail Sarah Palin as a “tough and smart” leader who bravely stood up to “disgusting lies.” (Brian Tashman)
Comedic host of the Palin Update, Kevin Scholla and Donnie engaged in the following colloquy (means conversation, Jasper):
Scholla: “If there is a Trump administration, could you see picking up the phone, giving the governor a call and picking her brain on some things, or perhaps having her along in some official capacity.” Donald: “I’d love that, because she really is somebody who knows what’s happening and she’s a special person, she’s really a special person and I think people know that.”
Only an Aspiring Standup Comedian vying for the GOP presidential nomination would claim that if elected President he would appoint Sarah “The Dumbo” Palin to a job in their administration.
One could only imagine the feigned outrage of the right-wing pundits on the GOP affiliated Fox News Comedy Network if Hillary announced that she would appoint John Stewart or Bill Maher to a position in her administration if she won the presidency.
Seeking to appoint Palin to a president’s administration would be the equivalent of appointing Mel Gibson as head of the Anti-Wife Beater’s Association.
Congrats Donnie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Standup Comedians”; you are far too humble.
