Attorney Judson Barce of Fowler, IN; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana provided Judson Gregory Barce with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Judson guilty of the following misconduct.

Judson’s misconduct took place while he was employed as part-time prosecutor. In one matter, Judson found it acceptable to represent a private client in a matter that dealt with an issue that he had prosecutorial authority over.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Judson by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Judson practices with Barce & Reece PC in Fowler, Indiana.
