Judge Robert Jennings III of Harrisburg, PA; degenerate criminal

Unfortunately, the state of Pennsylvania presented Robert Jennings III with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office has charged Bobby with the following criminal conduct.

• One count of extortion
• Four counts of coercion
• Four counts of official oppression
• Four counts of demanding property to secure employment  

The criminal charges relate to Bobby’s shakedown constables working in his office to provide ten percent of their wages to his re-election campaign fund. Put simply, Bobby was operating like the Bonanno crime family in New York in shaking down (extorting) payments from construction contractors.

Bobby also had police officers drop outstanding parking tickets that were lodged against him when they were in his office.

When one constable refused to comply with Bobby’s extortion demands, Bobby said, “I wear the black robe here.” In other words, Arrogant Bobby was of the opinion that his Black Robe was the equivalent of the Back Hand (Italian: Mano Nera) which was a method of extortion practiced by the Camorra and the Mafia.

All the remains now is to see how long it will take for Bobby to cop a plea. After that, it would be appropriate for the sentencing judge to order that Bobby be assigned to cell number 167 at the Graterford Penitentiary where he’ll be bunked up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is recognized as a really friendly guy.

It should be noted that the patron saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Court of Judicial Discipline ordered Bobby to be suspended from the bench, but allowed for him to continue to receive his undeserved $86,899 annual salary.
