Attorney Kerry Nessel of Huntington, WV; ambulance chaser

The state of West Virginia presented Kerry Alexander Nessel with a law license in 1999after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Kerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Placed personal funds into inmate prison accounts
• Solicited inmates for referrals for new clients
• Refused to dismiss frivolous (BS) inmate personal injury lawsuits

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (cal July 2015), Kerry practices with The Nessel Law Firm PLLC at 519 ½ Eighth Street in Huntington, West Virginia.
