Attorney John Hussell IV of Charleston, WV; adulterer, loser

The state of West Virginia presented John F. Hussell IV with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• While representing James and Carolyn LaFollette in an estate matter, engaged in a sexual affair with Carolyn
• Knowingly made a false statement regarding a material fact
• Purchases separate phone to conceal illicit sexual affair from his wife
• Falsely stated that James had terminated his representation
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (cal July 2015), Johnny practices with Wooton Wooton & Davis PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia.
