The State of Florida presented William Bryan Park with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law. 

The Florida State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
