Attorney Dennis Reardon of Milton, DE; repeat offender

The state of Delaware presented Dennis A. Reardon with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client he would not represent her
• Executed stipulation that didn’t reflect parties agreement
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to maintain current financial records
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
